Retrats Lents (Slow Portraits)
Second photographic challenge of 112 Revelats — Pinhole camera and long exposure portraits
Retrats Lents is the second photographic challenge of 112 Revelats. An invitation to slow down your gaze and capture the essence of the subject through time and low light.
The challenge
In a world that moves faster every day, we propose returning to the essence of photography: time. The challenge is to make portraits with a pinhole camera or any long exposure technique that requires slowing down the photographic process.
You don’t need a special camera: you can build your own pinhole camera with a tin can or a cardboard box. What matters is the attitude: stopping, observing, waiting.
How to participate
- Take a portrait with a pinhole camera or long exposure
- Send us your proposal through the registration form
- If your image is selected, it will be part of the collective photobook
The registration period is open. Check the full terms and the participation form.
