Purpose of processing

Personal data collected through the forms on this website is used exclusively for:

Managing participation in photographic challenges
Sending project-related communications (if requested by the user)
Responding to enquiries sent via the contact form

Legal basis

Data processing is based on the user’s express consent when submitting the form.

Recipients

Data will not be transferred to third parties, except where required by law. Forms are sent directly to our own server (112books.eu) and notifications are sent with our own mail system; we do not use any external form processor.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or until the user requests its deletion.

Rights

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction and objection by contacting hola@112books.eu.

Audience analysis

We use GoatCounter for audience analytics. It does not collect cookies or personal data. More information at goatcounter.com.
