1. Purpose of the Project
The project 112 Revelats, promoted by the publishing house 112 Books, aims to collect original photographic works to be part of a collective publication. This initiative seeks to give visibility to both emerging and established photographers through digital publications and, if possible, printed editions, as well as presentations, exhibitions, and other related cultural activities.
2. Participation Requirements
- Open to photographers aged 18 or over, of any nationality or place of residence.
- Participants must fully accept these rules.
- Only original works created by the author will be admitted; AI-generated images or plagiarised works are not allowed.
- Submissions must be made within the deadline set by the organisation.
3. Materials to Submit
- Up to 4 images per proposal, in JPG, PNG, or TIFF format, maximum 10 MB per image.
- A title and a brief description of the project or series.
- Contact details and, optionally, social media profiles or website.
- Files must be free of third-party rights and comply with copyright regulations.
4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
- Authors retain all rights to their images.
- By participating, they authorise 112 Books to use the works exclusively within the context of the 112 Revelats project, including:
- Publication on the project’s official website and social media.
- Digital edition (eBook/PDF) and, if possible, printed edition.
- Exhibitions or public presentations related to the project.
- No commercial use unrelated to the project will be allowed without the author’s explicit written consent.
5. Editorial Selection
- An editorial team from 112 Books will select submissions to ensure the overall coherence and quality of the collection.
- The selection does not imply any value judgment on the works not selected, which may be used — with the author’s consent — in future editions or activities, if agreed.
6. Compensation and Recognition
- This project does not provide direct financial compensation.
- Selected participants will have their work published and will receive editorial recognition: credit mention and prominent accreditation in the project.
- In the case of a printed edition, authors will receive copies of the book and other promotional materials according to conditions set by 112 Books.
7. Data Protection
- Personal data collected will be used exclusively for the management of the project.
- Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
- Data will be kept for the time necessary for organisational purposes and to comply with current data protection regulations.
